Creating an account is free, and free recipes are there to get you started. Some creator recipes are paid (one-off or by subscription): that's what pays them directly.

I'm a complete beginner, is this for me?

Yes, that's exactly why the format exists. Every gesture is shown, every pitfall flagged. You don't need to know, you just need to follow.

Do I need professional equipment?

No. Every recipe lists its tools before you start: one glance and you know whether it's doable in your kitchen.

When does it open?

Soon, in small waves of invitations, sent first to the people on the list. You'll hear from us as soon as your wave is up.

I'm a pastry cook or content creator, how do I join?

Use the form in the “For creators” section a bit higher on this page: your signup is flagged as a creator. The first showcases are by invitation, and that list is the first place we look. Creators get in before the food lovers, with time to set up their space and publish their first recipes.

And who is Monsieur Chouchou?

A self-taught pastry maker who, the rest of the time, works as a freelance software developer. The story starts one evening when he's hosting friends. Madame Chouchoute tells him: “this time, you're on dessert duty.” He loves a good challenge, so he immediately aims way too high. No simple cake: he wants a proper chef-grade pastry to wow everyone. Except it takes him three days. He doesn't get any of it; the recipe is just impossible to follow when you're a beginner. That's when the idea hits him: build a new recipe format so anyone can pull off beautiful pastries, even starting from scratch.
