The Monsieur Chouchou Ambassador Program brings together pastry creators invited to discover the platform before its public launch: publishing their recipes, testing the tools, monetizing their content, and helping build the Service.
These terms (the "Ambassador Terms") supplement the Creator Terms, which remain fully applicable. In case of conflict, the Ambassador Terms prevail, always in the direction most favorable to the Ambassador.
They are accepted online through dedicated checkboxes; this acceptance is timestamped and a copy is emailed to the Ambassador.
In short:you get the Pro plan for free, for life. Everything you build during the beta — recipes, subscribers, earnings — is yours and stays yours. In return, we simply ask you to test, tell us what's wrong, and keep unreleased things to yourself.
Participation is by personal invitation from Moonstack. Ambassador status is personal and cannot be assigned or transferred. The Ambassador activates a creator account and accepts the Creator Terms, then these terms.
The Ambassador benefits from the Pro plan with no subscription fee, for life — that is, for as long as their creator account exists. This benefit:
Everything the Ambassador builds during the beta belongs to them and remains theirs, during and after the program:
The end of the program, whatever the cause, affects neither content publication, nor ongoing subscriptions, nor amounts due. The Ambassador retains at all times their export and portability rights (Article 12 of the Creator Terms) and their freedom to publish elsewhere (Article 13 — non-exclusivity).
The Ambassador commits, in good faith, to:
This is neither an employment contract nor a service agreement: no quantified target, schedule, or exclusivity is imposed.
Suggestions, ideas, and reports sent to Moonstack may be freely used to improve the Service, without compensation or obligation to implement. This assignment only covers feedback about the Service: it obviously does not extend to the Ambassador's recipes or creative content, which remain their property (Article 3).
This obligation lasts as long as the information has not been made public by Moonstack, and at most two years after the end of the program.
Moonstack may use the Ambassador's name, image, or content in its external communication (public website, social media, press, advertising) only with their explicit consent, collected through separate, optional checkboxes, one per distinct use:
No box is pre-checked, and declining has no impact on program participation or the Article 2 benefit. Each consent is revocable at any time (email to contact@monsieurchouchou.com): Moonstack then stops any new use within a maximum of 30 days.
The Ambassador is testing a platform under construction: the Service is provided "as is", with no availability guarantee or service level agreement (SLA), and bugs, changes, or interruptions are possible.
Moonstack nevertheless commits to:
To the extent permitted by law, Moonstack's liability under the beta is limited to direct and foreseeable damages.
The program runs until its end as announced by Moonstack (at the latest at the Service's public launch). Its end:
The Ambassador may leave the program at any time, without fees or justification, while keeping their creator account; the Article 2 benefit is then maintained, unless they expressly waive it.
These terms are governed by French law. Articles 11 (complaints and mediation), 14 (changes), and 16 (governing law) of the Creator Terms apply. Any change to these terms is notified at least 15 days in advance and may not reduce the benefits of Articles 2 and 3 without the Ambassador's express consent.
